User Agreement
By using the app, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this app.
Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the app. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
User Conduct
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to: - Use the app in any way that violates the rights of others. - Use the app to harm, threaten, or harass others. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or servers or networks connected to the app. - Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the app in a manner that sends more request messages to the Company's servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser. Transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; (iii) any content obtained from the app; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
